Dear Racoonista,
Coronavirus – Business Update
With the continued spread of Coronavirus throughout the UK and specifically the latest government announcement about school closures, the purpose of this communication is to reiterate that our support service to our customers remains fully operational. We are fully committed to our customer service ethos and will continue to do everything we can to support our valued clients and employees through this challenging period. As you can imagine, we are currently receiving a very high volume of calls and, like every business, we have multiple staff with different personal scenarios, so there will inevitably be some changes to normal support operations in line with government guidelines.
Therefore, we will be postponing all training both in-salon and academies for the next few weeks. This will be monitored constantly and again will follow government guidelines. Any customers that have a place on these training courses will be given alternative dates later in the year.
With effect from Monday 23rd March Racoon International will reduce business opening hours from five days a week to three. Operationally we will be ‘business as usual’ on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The business will be closed on a Monday and Friday; however, all calls and orders will still be taken on these days and orders despatched on the next working day for the business.
These business hours are a short-term measure in this current climate, but we will of course be guided by government directives. We would like to stress that this will not affect your ability to order or speak to a member of the team, it will only have an impact on your despatch time for orders.
Our telephone number remains the same and you can reach us on 01295 770999 as normal with any order and enquiries. The telephone lines will be open five days a week between normal business hours 9am – 5pm. You can message us directly through our social media channels @racoonintl or email us on info@racooninternational.com
The health and well-being of our employees, educators, art team and customers are of utmost importance to us as a business and so these measures have been deemed necessary at this juncture. We will, of course, continue to monitor the situation closely and provide further updates accordingly.
We would also like to take this opportunity to say thank you very much for your continued loyalty, support and enthusiasm over the years, stay safe and healthy. Should you have any concerns, issues or questions regarding this communication or any service we provide to you at this time, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Best Wishes &
Kind Regards
Sue Davenport
